About the Brand
3 Farm Daughters is a better-for-you pasta brand founded by three sisters—Annie, Mollie, and Grace—on their family farm in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Built on generations of farming, the brand was created with a simple mission: make everyday pasta more nutritious without sacrificing taste or texture.
Using wheat grown on their own farm and sourcing from other American family farms, 3 Farm Daughters produces high-fiber pasta made with just two simple ingredients: wheat flour and durum semolina. The result is a clean-label pasta with 4.5x the fiber of traditional pasta, a low glycemic response, and the same al dente bite people expect from their favorite dishes.
Launched in 2020, the brand has quickly gained national traction across retail and e-commerce channels, driven by its “better default” approach to pasta, which means offering consumers a seamless way to upgrade everyday meals without changing how they cook or eat.
As a majority women-owned, farmer-founded company, 3 Farm Daughters is redefining what pantry staples can be: simple, nutritious, and rooted in the people who grow the food.
