Women naturally store up to 80% less creatine than men, yet the supplement has long been marketed to bodybuilders. Arrival aims to change that. Founded in Austin by a female entrepreneur, the brand is driven by the belief that strength is a form of self-respect—and that wellness should feel both elevated and effortless. From its minimalist glass packaging to its thoughtful formulation, Arrival is here to fill a critical gap in women’s health with clarity, beauty, and impact.
Founding Story
I started Arrival after my mom was diagnosed with osteopenia. In trying to support her, I went deep into the research around women’s health and strength as we age—and kept coming back to creatine. What I found was surprising: it wasn’t just about muscle, but also energy, mood, brain health, and longevity. The science was clear, but no one was talking about it—especially not in a way that felt relevant to women.
That disconnect stuck with me. Creatine has been marketed to men for decades, but women naturally have far less of it—and may actually need it more. I couldn’t stop thinking about how many women were missing out on something so foundational, simply because no one had invited them into the conversation.
Arrival is my way of changing that. I wanted to build a brand that felt thoughtful, elevated, and science-forward—something that brings women into the health conversation, and helps them feel strong, energized, and informed in their routines.
