BRISCA is a woman-founded, premium extra virgin olive oil brand produced in Spain and crafted in small batches from traditional Spanish varietals. We mill our olives the same day they’re harvested and extract them at low temperatures to preserve vibrant flavor, freshness, and naturally high polyphenol content. Inspired by Spain’s Mediterranean heritage and the tradition of sobremesa (lingering around the table with good food and good company), BRISCA brings a taste of Spain’s slower, more flavorful way of life to American kitchens. With its beautiful packaging and exceptional taste, BRISCA is as perfect for gifting as it is for elevating everyday cooking.
Founding Story
BRISCA was founded by Sandra Diez, a Spanish native passionate about sharing the flavors and traditions she grew up with. After moving to the United States, Sandra noticed that finding truly fresh, premium extra virgin olive oil from Spain was rare. She saw an opportunity to bridge that gap, partnering with small family groves in Spain to craft oils from traditional varietals, milled the same day as harvest for exceptional flavor and quality. Inspired by the Mediterranean way of life and the cherished tradition of sobremesa, Sandra created BRISCA to bring a piece of Spain’s warmth, craftsmanship, and unhurried joy to kitchens across America.
