Hi, I’m Quiria Rodriguez Resto, a Puerto Rican designer with a love for thoughtful products and a need to bring too many things on a trip.

I studied handbag design at FIT in New York and spent years working as a buyer for brands you probably panic shopped like Banana Republic, Forever 21, and Charlotte Russe. I’ve also had the chance to build my own swimwear brand; but this latest project came from something simpler: a personal need.

After years of traveling for work and life, living across cities like New York, San Francisco, LA, Austin, and now Europe, I realized I was constantly struggling with the same thing: packing my everyday essentials in a way that made sense. The multiple bag game was not for me anymore.

I couldn’t find a toiletry bag that actually fit my routine, something that could hold my hot tools, protect my jewelry, and keep my skincare from spilling all over everything else. So I decided to create it.

This bag is the result of years in design, retail, and real-life trial and error. It’s meant to be beautiful, functional, and built for how we actually get ready on the go. My big moment was on a trip to a wedding when I was carrying 4 pouches that were not even cute into the bathroom just to get ready. I thought there must be a better way! And that was the beginning of Cacheri.
