Founding Story
Lumina began with an unexpected loss.
While I was traveling, all of my gold and diamond jewelry was stolen. These were not simply valuable objects—they carried treasured memories and deep emotions. Some had been given to me for my wedding and represented meaningful moments in my life.
I grieved their loss deeply. Yet as painful as it was, I eventually realized that their absence had created space for something new to emerge. I knew that if I ever wore jewelry again, it would need to hold meaning. It could not exist only for beauty—it needed to carry intention, energy, and a deeper connection.
Shortly afterward, I discovered the power of orgonite and became fascinated by its combination of crystals, metals, and resin. I loved keeping orgonite beside my bed, but I wanted to carry that energy with me throughout the day—to wear it close to my body in a form that was both beautiful and meaningful.
So I listened to my intuition and began to create.
The designs came to me naturally, almost like a download received from other realms. I followed the shapes, symbols, materials, and ideas as they arrived, allowing each piece to take form through my hands.

Maya Eshel is the founder, artist, and intuitive creator behind Lumina.
Before creating Lumina, Maya built a career in worlds shaped by logic, structure, and strategy. With a background in software engineering, real estate investing, and entrepreneurship, she spent years building businesses and bringing ideas to life. Yet beneath that practical, analytical path was a deep connection to creativity, spirituality, and intuition—one that was waiting to be fully expressed.
That expression emerged after all of Maya’s gold and diamond jewelry was stolen while she was traveling. The pieces carried precious memories and deep emotional meaning, including jewelry she had received for her wedding. As she grieved their loss, she realized that if she ever wore jewelry again, it would need to offer more than beauty. It needed to carry meaning, intention, and energy.
Shortly afterward, Maya discovered orgonite and felt called to transform it into jewelry that could be worn close to the body throughout the day. She listened to her intuition and began creating, with designs arriving almost like downloads from other realms.
