SQUARE PATCH | Speedy - PK.02 Edition

An icon, made singular.

The Speedy was designed for movement, compact, immediate, carried through the rhythm of the city. In the SQUARE Edition, Philip Karto constructs the surface from assembled squares of monogram, patch, and python, the skin introducing density, grain, and resistance into the canvas. The Speedy carries a tightened structure, repetition becoming weight, the grid holding its position in motion.
