About
ZUWP OS is the advisor operating system for growing teams — an AI operations and intelligence platform that gives companies the specialist expertise they can't yet hire. Instead of another dashboard, ZUWP activates AI advisors — a Paid Media Manager, SEO Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Brand Strategist, and an always-on Business Intelligence Analyst — each grounded in the company's real data: Google Analytics, Search Console, Shopify, and the tools teams already run.
What makes ZUWP different is accountability. Advisors don't just recommend — every recommendation a team approves carries a locked prediction that gets scored when the results come in, building a public track record inside the product. In a market full of black-box AI, ZUWP is the platform that shows its hit rate.
Advisors work the way a trusted hire would: they brief you each morning, wait for approval before anything moves, run investigations automatically when a metric slips, and get smarter about your business with every interaction. ZUWP OS is currently in private beta with founding customers in DTC and e-commerce.
Founding Story
ZUWP started with a pattern I kept seeing in growing companies: they could afford the tools, but not the ten specialists needed to run them well. The marketing platforms got cheaper while the expertise got more expensive — so strategy defaulted to whoever had spare time. I built ZUWP to make the expertise itself the product: advisors that arrive already trained, ground themselves in your real numbers, and — unlike any consultant or AI tool I've worked with — keep score of whether their advice actually worked.

Jordan Nilsen is the founder of ZUWP OS, an AI operations and intelligence platform for growing businesses. He co-founded Data Skrive and HERO Sports, two companies built on automated content at scale, and served as Head of Digital Strategy at VSiN, a DraftKings company. At ZUWP he builds AI advisors that make recommendations to small-business owners and are then scored on whether those recommendations worked.
He speaks on the accountability gap in AI tools, and why the next generation of business software will be judged on its track record rather than its demo; what small businesses actually keep using once the novelty wears off; the approval gate as a deliberate design choice rather than a limitation; and how a company of 1 to 50 people gets senior expertise without senior headcount.
