About
Snap in, snap out, go! Revomax's patented Flash Release cap unlocks one-handed in under a second — no twisting, no threading — and its threadless seal does something no other bottle on the market can: carry carbonated drinks. Sparkling water, soda, even champagne — pop the cap and the built-in pressure valve releases it safely, no explosive fizz, no stuck lid, no leaks. It's the first real reinvention of the bottle cap in over 100 years, and it changes what a bottle is allowed to do.
The engineering doesn't stop at the cap. A double-seal copper-plated vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for 36 hours and hot for 18, and the lid itself is rated to withstand 50 pounds of pull force and over one million open-close cycles without wearing out. Every Revomax bottle is built on one rule: function over form. It has to work, every single time, or it doesn't ship.
That obsession has taken Revomax global — 24+ countries, 5 million-plus units sold, 500+ retail and co-branding partnerships. And it's carved out a lane no other bottle brand owns: while the lifestyle bottle market is crowded and increasingly aimed at women, Revomax is built for performance-minded, technically sharp everyday users who want proof, not hype. Practical innovation. Proven performance. No hype — that's the whole pitch.
Founding Story
It started with a spilled cup of coffee. Founder Hui Shao was commuting through Portland, Oregon, watching hundreds of disposable coffee cups get tossed every day, when he bought a reusable insulated flask to do his part. The lid was slow, clumsy to open one-handed, and it kept dumping coffee on his commute. That's when Shao realized the real problem: the screw lid hadn't fundamentally changed since it was invented in 1858 — over 150 years of "good enough."
Shao had a master's degree in mechanical engineering and a simple rule: where there's a problem, there's a solution. Flip lids and straw lids weren't it either — they just swapped one headache (spills) for another (leaks, gunk, awkward sipping). So he set out to build the cap that didn't exist: one you could pop open one-handed, in an instant, with a seal secure enough to trust completely.
Two years and countless failed prototypes later, he had it — a patented, threadless, double-locking quick-release lid. Snap in, snap out, under a second, every time. And it did something nobody was chasing: because there were no threads to trap pressure, the cap could hold carbonated drinks — soda, sparkling water, champagne — without building up pressure, leaking, or blowing the lid off. A cap built to fix one commute had cracked open an entire category.
That lid became Flash Release Technology, and it's still the engine behind everything Revomax makes — from the Classic Series to Titanium, Sport, and Tumbler. Same mission Shao started with: cut the waste, kill the spills, and build a bottle that never makes you fight it for a sip.
At a Glance
-
Flash Release Technology
A patented, threadless cap with a double-locking mechanism that opens and closes one-handed in under a second. Benefit: no more fighting a screw cap with one hand full — just snap in, snap out, and go, even on the move.
-
Carbonation Approved
A built-in pressure release valve lets the cap safely vent carbonation the instant it's opened. Benefit: it's one of the only bottles that can carry soda, sparkling water, or champagne without the leaks, spills, or stuck lids that build up in traditional screw-cap bottles.
-
Extreme Temperature Retention
A double-seal design paired with copper-plated vacuum insulation locks in temperature. Benefit: drinks stay cold for up to 36 hours and hot for up to 18, so it performs on an all-day commute, hike, or shift, not just a quick trip.
