Her journey into fashion was born from one of life's most defining moments. While pregnant with her first child, Ugochi lost her job and was later told that her baby would be born with Down syndrome. Faced with uncertainty and immense emotional challenges, she chose hope over fear and found refuge in sewing. What began as a deeply personal outlet for healing gradually became a thriving business as the pieces she created captured the attention of women who admired their beauty, craftsmanship, and originality.
Today, Ugochi is celebrated for her ability to transform inspiration from architecture, nature, culture, and her African heritage into couture with global appeal.
