Founding Story
Cheryl is a seasoned entrepreneur and wellness innovator. After more than 20 years leading marketing and strategic growth initiatives for professional services companies, she pivoted in 2017 to launch her own ventures, rooted in a deeply personal, doctor-approved journey that prioritized natural healing over pharmaceuticals.
Co-author of CBD for your Health, Mind & Spirit (Llewellyn Worldwide 2021), Cheryl writes and teaches on reducing stress and pain, and improving sleep, naturally.
A formulator, educator, and maker, her bulk and finished wellness goods are trusted by practitioners and carried by select apothecaries and independent shops across the U.S.
Cheryl holds an MBA from the University of St. Francis (2004), a Certification in Medicinal Plants from Cornell University (2022), and is a certified Trauma Informed Practitioner from the Centre for Healing (2024).
Her unique blend of business expertise, creative drive, and passion for holistic wellness fuels everything she creates.
