About

Vinst is an AI-powered recipe platform that lets you import recipes from anywhere. links, photos, screenshots, or handwritten notes and automatically formats them into a clean digital recipe box. You can organize, categorize, and share collections with family or friends, making it ideal for preserving personal or cultural recipes. The app is free to use digitally, and the paid component is optional: turning your digital collection into a custom printed cookbook. It’s designed for home cooks, food lovers, and anyone who wants their scattered recipes in one searchable place.

Founding Story

Vinst was founded by Assaf Glazer, an AI and computer-vision researcher who previously co-founded Nanit. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he began cooking more at home, and when two of his children were diagnosed with celiac disease, he became deeply focused on nutrition and eventually earning a Culinary Master Diploma and cooking professionally. He realized how fragmented home cooking is, with recipes scattered across screenshots, blogs, and notes, and envisioned a tool that used AI to organize and empower everyday cooks. Partnering with former Nanit SVP of R&D and pastry enthusiast Chen Fisher, Glazer launched Vinst to help people preserve recipes, cook intentionally, and bring families and communities together through food.
