You Are Enough Co. is a mental health apparel brand built on a simple but radical idea — that the words we wear can change the way we see ourselves and each other.
Every piece exists to be a reminder. For you on the hard days. For the stranger who catches a glimpse and needed to hear it. For everyone still fighting the voice that says they're not.
A portion of every purchase goes toward mental health awareness and research. Because we don't just want to say it — we want to fund the change.

In 2021, our founder Natalie lost a friend to suicide. And in the grief that followed, one thought wouldn't leave her alone: not one more person should lose their life believing they are not enough. So she started You Are Enough Co.
Every piece is a wearable reminder: for yourself on the hard days, and for everyone who sees it. Because sometimes all someone needs is a sign or hoodie starts a conversation that changes everything.

Founding Story
You Are Enough Co. was founded in 2021 after founder Natalie De Vincenzi lost a friend to suicide. She thought not one more person can lose their life to believing they are not enough, so she started You Are Enough Co.
