Andrea Ballus is the founder and CEO of Sift, a premium baking brand bringing bakery-quality celebration cakes into home kitchens. Before launching Sift's national retail line, Andrea spent more than 15 years building Sift Dessert Bar into an award-winning bakery with six locations, earning recognition as a Food Network Cupcake Wars champion and Inc. 5000 honoree.

Today, Andrea develops cocktail-inspired cake kits and baking products designed to make memorable desserts approachable for home bakers. She is passionate about product development, food entrepreneurship, consumer packaged goods, branding, and building businesses that create joyful customer experiences.
