Jan Montri

Jan is a cultural storytelling advocate, fashion enthusiast, and systems thinker with a background in engineering management from Arizona State University. She spent much of her free time organizing fashion shows and beauty pageants—an experience that deepened her appreciation for style as a vehicle of identity and cultural pride. As CEO of Jeweler Collective, she leads with the belief that jewelry is one of humanity’s most powerful forms of expression, working at the intersection of heritage, commerce, and design.

She’s passionate about elevating local stories to global stages and building partnerships that go beyond product—helping nonprofits and heritage jewelers launch collections rooted in meaning.
